Call was answered courteously on 1st call, appointment was made immediately and confirmed by both text message and email for same day service, Technician Zeferino Gonzalez was assigned, he texted me once he was en route and arrived on time. Services performed satisfactorily and at reasonable price. Mr. Gonzalez was friendly, cheerful, honest and worked diligently in the 98 degree heat of the summer. It was the best experience I have had in a long time.
