This physical therapy place is AMAZING. I’ve been to others in North Orange County, and OC Sports and Rehab is hands down the best. Huge shoutout to Jovik for the incredible care and dedication in helping me recover!

I was introduced to OC Sports Therapy after I had an elbow debridement surgery last year. From front desk check in, getting assessed and working with PTs on staff ( thank you Jovik!!), I had a great experience.

I have been going to OC Sports rehab since early September 2025 for a frozen shoulder injury that occured in June. I have seen more improvement than I expected in the time frame I've been going. They have many different treatments to help alleviate pain and help gain range of motion. I have done cupping, percussive massage, manual massage and cold laser therapy and maybe more that I can't recall. I have seen Jovik and Duc every week for quite a few weeks and they definitely make the experience a good one even though you're there for pain management. They genuinely care about your recovery and treat you with best therapy for your situation!
