I would highly recommend Dr Cary Costa. Costa has helped me stay healthy, even while logging 50 hrs behind a desk and 70 miles of running per week. In my most recent marathon build up, I developed shooting pains in my lower back and hamstrings, and was concerned that I would be unable to even reach the starting line. A couple sessions with Costa and I was back to feeling like my normal self. I ended up placing 4th in the Orange County Marathon in a time of 2:36, a feat that I can attribute to Costa's skill and care. As a competitive runner, this location has everything I could ever need to achieve top performance and health.
Cary is, hands-down, the best physical therapist in Orange County. Not only is he an expert with his clinical skills, but he is a truly passionate athlete and understands a patient's desire to get back out there. He will get you there safely and stronger than ever. He was a savior after my ACL reconstruction... I highly recommend he & his team!
