I'm so glad that I found concept water after researching and calling many plumbers and water filter installers who tried to sell me commercial grade filter, something I do not need for my home. I consider Kent is knowledgeable and honest person to deal with, hard to find someone like this nowadays unfortunately. I would recommend him to anyone who ask me about my water filter system. We immediately feel the different first day after installing and regret to not have it done earlier. The water tastes good, our hair and skin gets smoother, the price is fair with after sales maintenance service. Thank you Kent for the great job done and prompt response to my call.

My husband and I were in the market for an eco friendly water softener alternative and found Kent through Yelp. I did my research ahead of time on the differences between different systems and loved that Kent was an expert in Pelican systems-a brand with a lifetime warranty and lots of data to support the efficacy of their systems. Beyond his obvious care and expertise in plumbing and installation of these eco friendly water systems, Kent is just a lovely human. He really takes the time to listen to your specific needs, and provides thorough responses to any questions or concerns you have. Kent was prompt in his responses, and was able to come assess our plumbing situation and install our system all within a matter of days. His attention to detail and plumbing expertise are so evident in his work as well as his communication. He truly cares about his work and his product and it shows! We are so thankful we got to work with Kent and now have a whole house system that both filters and reduces scale in our water. I'm not sure how he did it, but he installed our entire system in an extremely narrow and shallow corner of our garage - as that was the only space available, and made it work with some sort of expert plumbing tetris magic! Kent is professional, knowledgeable, personable, honest, and fairly priced. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Kent was FANTASTIC to work with. I did extensive research on salt-based water softeners and salt less softeners and found myself in a "rabbit hole" of information. When I contacted Kent, I thoroughly appreciated his straight forward approach in providing me information. He educated me on the difference between the two and from there I was able to make an educated decision. I also liked that he had the system in stock vs several companies had to order and had longer lead times. Kent also went "above and beyond" hiding my pipes in the walls to prep for install AND came out in a Sunday to install to make sure the system was in before we moved in! It's been about 3 weeks since the install and it has been one of my favorite investments! I LOVE that we can drink out of every faucet and don't have to install an RO system for drinking water. The water taste so CLEAN and refreshing! And I don't know if this has anything to do with the water system, but not only are my indoor plants have been thriving since we moved into the home but their leaves grew bigger :) I high recommend using Kent for your Whole home saltless filtration system!
