Don't be intimidated of you're thinking of trying jiu jitsu. I started a little over a year ago with zero experience and training here has been one of the best parts of my day. Everyone here is nice and welcoming. We consider Coach Ben a friend. Free all women's class on Saturdays too ?
Coach Ben is incredible, and I'm beyond thrilled that we chose his gym for my son's first sport and jiu-jitsu training.
He's extremely patient and sees potential in every student. Coach Ben never gives up, understanding that it takes time for kids to grasp the concepts. His persistence and consistency make a huge difference in their progress. Additionally, the other coaches who assist are just as amazing as Coach Ben.

I absolutely love this place. Lots of class times to choose from, knowledgeable instructors who are passionate about teaching, great vibe and good people who train there. There is also lots of workout equipment to work on those gains! Really great place to learn the useful and fun art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
