They where so understanding about my dogs anxiety and made us feel welcome, we have taking our dog to other vets in the past that have not believed us or made us feel guilty about our dogs uneasiness and crying in the vets. Can be very embarrassing for us. But this clinic was very understanding and respectful of our concerns. Happy to have finally found a vets office for my dog. They were also respectful of our time. We really appreciate them treating our dog efficiently and with care.“
