Mendoza’s House Cleaning Services

We've had a cleaning team from Mendoza for the last three years, with two houses we rented, and one that we purchased. They've consistently been great, quick, efficient, professional, and pleasant. I highly recommend their services.

We used Mendoza Housecleaning for about a year, ending last summer. The ladies were efficient and seemed to do a good job. We did have some trouble with them not showing up two different times, which was why we stopped using them. Several months afterwards, I noticed some of my jewelry was missing. At that time I looked closer and realized my wedding rings were among the missing items. I had not had them on for quite a time (health reasons), and there was no possibility I had misplaced them or that anyone else had been in the house. Steer clear of this company. Very unreliable! I called to get a one time move in clean because I was moving to the area from San Diego and the home I had just bought was left in a very dirty state. First they never answered so I left a voicemail. They then called back later that night saying that their phones were down. I'll accept that. She took down all my info on the house and I explained that since I'm 8 months pregnant I needed this done and it would be nice to have done before we moved our belongings in. Since we aren't in the area yet there is a lock box she can access to get in. She said everything would work just fine and she scheduled me for later... read full review
