Through our Old Republic Home Warranty. Notifications via text of schedule and arrival time, all good. Roman was our plumber, he was great. A simple sink stoppage but with extra complications, he explained and solved it all. He took time to advise and recommend preventative measures for our older home.
We recently had our shower leaking and used Home Depot Pro Desk to get quotes to get it fixed. Mousa, was the first one that responded and others after. My husband spoke with him and texted him pictures of the leak and parts. We also got other quotes that varied from low to high. Mousa was not the highest nor the cheapest but was the most responsive and felt we could trust him. My husband set up the apmt time for the following morning. Mousa was prompt and got everything wixed within 30 minutes. He then started the water to check everything was working well before he left. He was very proffecional and friendly. I would recommend him for any plumbing issues. Great experience.
