Pro: The technician is very confident in his work. Con: Payment method. Allowed payment Venmo, Paypal. Credit cards, there is a 5% terminal fee. They do accept cash but your change may take a few days for you to get it back based on my experience.
Overall I think the technician did a good job for unclogging our sink. In less than 20 minutes the final cost $250.

I engaged Echo Plumbing and Rooter to repair sewer later damaged by tree roots. It was not an easy job because it required coordination with ongoing other works on the street but as always such issues are urgent. Echo team was able to pull necessary permits from the City and get the job done so swiftly and efficiently.

My shower drain was clogged and had a different plumber come by first. They spent 2.5 hours trying to fix the clog, only to tell me they couldn’t do it and would need to drill holes in the wall or start tearing up the slab to fix it. Then called Echo Plumbing and they were here in less than an hour. Chris tried the snake, explained what he found (and why the previous guys couldn’t fix it), and offered a creative option that could help. We tried it out and the clog was cleared in no time. Excellent service, and Chris was great to work with. Very respectful, explained what he was doing, what the options were, and got to work. Will call these guys first next... read full review
