Recently my A/C system stopped working and looking around found Bay Area Comfort HVAC Inc. Ernesto the owner came out and took a look at the system and was able to pinpoint the problem. He ordered the new part once it came in he noticed it was missing a bushing. Instead of ordering from the local HVAC store he went out to only store that had the part 30 miles out just to get the system running today. Really impressed with his work, friendliness and professionalism.

In their about statement Bay Area Comfort HVAC they state the following... "Bay Area Comfort HVAC provides fast friendly competent service to meet all of your comfort needs. We are honest, reliable, and offer competitive pricing." IMO this is 250% true! I met the owner quite by accident the day after our furnace took a total dump and poured tons of carbon monoxide in to our home which led to the fire department and PG&E showing up at our house. PG&E condemned the furnace! After a couple of conversations we hired them on the spot without even seeking additional quotes. They were professional and quoted us a price well under what we expected we would have to pay... The new furnace was installed today with their knowledge, expertise, and friendliness! Each and every detail (minuet to large) was paid attention to. Our questions and concerns before and during the install were addressed and they never made us feel that we were interrupting during the install process. A rarity among contractors. Would give 10 out of 5 stars! :)
