Unprofessional, dishonest and unreliable- terrible excuse for a service provider much less one contractor by a home warranty company. Cancelled twice, failed to meet their own timeline and created damages with their delay which of course they denied

CES Tech was assigned by AHS home warranty service. They took more than one month with multiple visits by multiple technicians to fix the issue. They are not technically competenet especially with latest modern heat pump systems. To make matters worse, they broke my attic door, which they refused to repair.

CES was assigned to fix our gas furnace through our home warranty company. It took them a few days to call us for an appointment and another few days before a tech was available to check out our system. The tech was polite and quickly came up with the diagnosis for the issue so he told us he had to order a part that would take about 3-5 days. However, it turned into 3 weeks of no follow-up from them which made the cold winter difficult to bear without a working heater. Granted it was around Christmas so we understand if the techs were taking time off but we would’ve appreciated some communication.
