After all the running around and nonsense with another HVAC company, I was honestly getting frustrated. Then I called this company—and what a difference!

They came out within 2 hours of my call, immediately diagnosed the actual problem, and replaced the motor in about 30 minutes. That’s it. Problem solved!

The technician was super nice, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. I especially appreciated that he took the motor outside to work on it so he wouldn’t make a mess inside my house. That small gesture really stood out to me.

It was such a relief to finally have someone come in, find the actual problem, and FIX IT.

Cesar repaired my rental property’s AC for a leak two weeks ago. When it suddenly stopped working today, he squeezed us into his busy schedule immediately since there was a senior in the house. He quickly found a burned-out fuse and replaced it. Incredible customer service!

Cesar Ramirez is an excellent technician and he arrived as per schedule and fixed the AC issue. It was so prompt and there were no delays. He spoke very professionally and completed the work.
