Marcel replaced the AC and furnace when I moved into my current home 8 years ago. I was happy with his price and workmanship. Fast forward to the last two months, I had AC issues with two rental units. It is a brutally hot summer and Marcel came to the rescue again. He explained things clearly and his rates are competitive. He worked in the 50+ degree attic and got everything done. He replaced the 20-year old AC and furnace for one of the rental unit. The other unit, he tried to fill more Freon to fix the AC issue which didn't help. We ended up replacing the AC unit.

Marcel and his team installed a dual fuel heat pump system for me and did a clean and neat install. It started with Mohammed who gave a clear quote and timeline on when they could begin, my install was a bit tricky since I had a purchased a Bosch unit and it was much larger than the one that was installed in the attic.The team arrived promptly on time and found creative ways to get the whole system in, modified the vents and install location and addressed all my feedback.
A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of working with Marcel and his team, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. They installed a new mini-split system (1 outdoor and 4 indoor units), and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free.
One thing that stood out to me was Marcel's willingness to accommodate my requests. I asked to have the piping moved to the eaves instead of running them across the walls, and Marcel and his team were more than happy to oblige. This attention to detail and flexibility truly made a difference in the final result.
