My wife and I were on vacation in the area and our dachshund puppy was having pain and discomfort in his ear but we weren’t sure if something was stuck in there or if he had an ear infection. We called around multiple places but since it was the weekend most places were closed or couldn’t see us. We called Pismo Beach Vet clinic and the staff was extremely nice and understanding and were able to get us in immediately. I recently visited Pismo Beach veterinary clinic with my pet, Chico . We were on vacation when Chico got seriously ill and we had to seek urgent care. I called to schedule an appt to be seen and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, kind, and attentive. The receptionists made check-in a breeze and ensured we were comfortable. Dr Joel Conn thoroughly explained what was possibly happening with Chico answering all of my questions, and offering a treatment plan tailored to my pet’s specific needs.

We were traveling and stop by this vet. They were incredible. Very nice, very helpful, and they worked with us around our needs because of our ongoing travel plans.
Highly recommended. I wish they were closer to were we live so that I could make them our regular vet.
