I Called to make an appointment to have my dog's nails trimmed and I was able to get in the following day. The owners were very nice and knowledgeable. Service was great and will take my dog back for grooming.
Wow, what a refreshing experience. We took our 1.5 yr old great Pyrenees who has never been to a groomer here today. He is a gentle giant, but a big boy none the less and new to the grooming world. Everyone was kind, compassionate and took the time to get to know Hank and the type of dog he is and we picked him up looking like a refreshed version of himself. The facility is CLEAN and I mean clean, none of the typical dog smell you experience elsewhere. No dogs were barking or crying. It was truly a wonderful experience.
What can I say about this team? They are so friendly, so professional, proficient, and efficient. The facility is very nice and the staff is even nicer. They know and understand so much about most breeds of dogs and a ton about a lot of other stuff too. The office mascot "Maui" is so cute and well behaved.
