Have a pair of Calvin Klein sunglasses that were old, but they have significant sentimental value [36 years]. I ordered replacement arms that somewhat fit, but oh those tiny escaping screws. Even did an AI Google search on ways to get them to cooperate. Found Lisa at Pismo Beach Optix, and she was amazing - providing over the top customer service. And oh how quickly [seconds] did she secure those arms with those runaway microscopic screws. Lisa would not accept payment, and she was most gracious as were we. Thank you!

My husband and I have bought several pairs of glasses from Lisa and we have always been very happy with the service and glasses we get there. My last visit there is what prompted me to sit down and write this review. I bought a pair a month or two ago but they never felt comfortable so when I went back to Lisa she ordered me new glasses, made sure they were a better fit and she did all this at no cost.
