“Have a pair of Calvin Klein sunglasses that were old, but they have significant sentimental value [36 years]. I ordered replacement arms that somewhat fit, but oh those tiny escaping screws. Even did an AI Google search on ways to get them to cooperate. Found Lisa at Pismo Beach Optix, and she was amazing - providing over the top customer service. And oh how quickly [seconds] did she secure those arms with those runaway microscopic screws. Lisa would not accept payment, and she was most gracious as were we. Thank you!“
