Pilates Power Center
“I love Misha's professionalism and her ways to create personal connections. Health is a mind body combo and she does a great job at offering her services & guidance in such ways. Going from backaches in second pregnancy to struggling to get myself to even do self care was possible with what all Central Core provides as part of their membership & services. Blessing in disguise are her short routinized pilates videos that make the "workout" habit a feasibility for rat race life I experience! She's also always available to answer any questions or concerns we as clients have when it comes to health! Availability, transparent communication, flexibility, accountability, guidance, recommendation, customization, variety & novelty.. all describe what Central Core offers!”
