I love Misha's professionalism and her ways to create personal connections. Health is a mind body combo and she does a great job at offering her services & guidance in such ways. Going from backaches in second pregnancy to struggling to get myself to even do self care was possible with what all Central Core provides as part of their membership & services. Blessing in disguise are her short routinized pilates videos that make the "workout" habit a feasibility for rat race life I experience! Central core is a huge part of my life! Physically, I haven't felt better in years. I've always worked out, but my strength, balance and physical well being is at an all time peak (working out hard without injury). Thanks to Misha's variety of exercise classes (abs, reformer, HITT, sculpt, barre and pump & jump...just to name a few of my favorites), knowledge (reminding you of what muscles you should be working) and dedication (she's determined to help you exceed your goals with her constant support) -I'm just so grateful .
My experience at Central Core with Misha has been truly amazing. I came to her six months ago explaining that I've had chronic pain associated with EDS and autoimmune disease. In the past six months I've seen more improvement in my strength, range of motion, and confidence in movement than I have with various training and PT over the past 2 years. Misha is kind, respectful, and will push you within your comfort zone (which my comfort zone is now continuously expanding). I've been seeing results in the way I move when doing other exercise (can train harder) and in daily activities (less injury). I look forward to my sessions with her every week.
