Going from backaches in second pregnancy to struggling to get myself to even do self care was possible with what all Central Core provides as part of their membership & services. Blessing in disguise are her short routinized pilates videos that make the "workout" habit a feasibility for rat race life I experience! She's also always available to answer any questions or concerns we as clients have when it comes to health! “Great workouts and very welcoming studio! I was visiting SLO for 2 weeks and wanted to continue my pilates practice while traveling. I upgraded my existing Club Pilates membership to the Passport membership which allows you to visit almost any CP studio in the US. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the instructors and the class participants, was so friendly; seems to be a great pilates community where everyone knows each other. I did classes with Tiffany (LOVE her energy!), Tammy, Meegan, and Mindy- all great instructors. I look forward to coming back next time I'm in SLO!“
