“I see Dr. Olivia Valdez at Pacific Natural Medical Center for menopause-related symptoms and nervous system regulation following significant, compound trauma. I was initially hesitant to pay out of pocket, especially as a single mom and a practicing therapist myself, but the care here is simply not comparable to standard primary care.

Dr. Valdez listens in a way that feels both medical and deeply attuned. She takes in the whole picture, not just symptoms. In a single visit, she helped me safely discontinue prescription weight loss medication and transition to targeted supplements that have made a real difference in my weight, anxiety, and sleep. I have never felt this calm in my life. For the first time in a long time, it feels like I have traction.

The space itself is also worth noting. The rooms feel more like a thoughtful office than a clinical exam room, which makes a difference when you’re doing this kind of work.

She has a perfect balance of being both professional and caring. I've had a long history of ear issues, and she took the time to hear my story and go from there. I would highly recommend her and I have no doubt she will be swamped with clients soon. The office is going through huge transitions and was difficult to contact, needed a referral from my primary, and other hiccups, but the staff was doing their best.“

“I have always had minimum wait and maximum service at this lab. It is brightly lit and clean, which is more than I can say about some of our local labs. And the phlebotomists I've encountered here seem highly skilled. What more can I say?“
