This lab is always behind. They need way more people working drawing blood! I waited over an hour and still did not get the blood drawn. Took my order elsewhere and will never return to this lab again! Get your act together and fix this issue. Also the woman at the counter was rude.
I have been sitting here for 45 minutes already and was just told it will be around an hour before I get called back for my bloodwork. This is ridiculous. They should at least have specific hours for people who have physical and mental disabilities so they can get in and out. Or schedule 1 hour at a time.
As I’m reading the reviews it is clear that management doesn’t care. I’m having the same issue as the last several complaints.
This is the second time I’ve come to the dignity health lab in Arroyo Grande and the staff are rude and unhelpful. It doesn’t matter what the question is, they simply look at you like you’re bothering them and don’t care to help.
Unfortunately, this is the lab that I have to use. Otherwise, I would have to drive 30 minutes away.
The actual technicians are fantastic and super sweet, it’s just unfortunate that the administrative staff upfront are unfriendly and not helpful.
