Just took a dress in for my wife for some alterations and some other articles like a lab jacket, some dress shirts, and a suit. They did a really good job on everything, and were super accommodating.

Very friendly and efficient. I brought two pants and a blazer and it was ready when promised. They also saw some stains on my dress pants and asked it Rhee could keep it an extra day to try to remove the stains at no extra charge. Of course, I was happy to oblige. They are easy to find and there were plenty of parking spaces. We recommend this place.

Spectacular service!! My husband dropped off a bag full of clothes for our first big post Covid trip at Valley Cleaners near California Market. We had lots to do and forgot about picking them up until Friday night, after they were closed. I saw they had this other store and left a message to see if they could help us on Saturday even though it was closed. My husband thought it was never going to happen, but since it was all his clothes so I texted a message. Before the 1 Hour Valley Cleaner opened they had called, texted and emailed. We were so pleasantly surprised. Excellent customer service. Thank you Andy and Chris.
