From the first phone call with Vicki in the office (she was extremely friendly and professional) to the gentlemen that did the work. Our water heater stopped working so I called C Ford to arrange for a replacement. They were particularly busy and, at first, indicated it may take a couple of days to purchase a water heater and schedule an install. Part way through the conversation, I was asked if late in the day would work for me. C Ford arranged for a water heater to be purchased in Victorville and installed the same day. Bathtub faucet was leaking and lovely gentleman by the name of Eli came over within 30 minutes to fix the problem. He was super nice, friendly and informative. Fixed the issue in no time at all! Definitely recommend their services.
