The Room Hair Design exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. The stylists were incredibly talented and gave me a stunning hair transformation. They offered insightful suggestions on which hairstyle would suit me best, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Called for a same day appointment and was able to get an appointment within the hour. Upon arrival the salon was clean and the ladies were extremely friendly. They made my daughter and I feel welcomed. Tanya listened closely to how my daughter wanted her hair cut and offered useful feedback. She did an amazing job cutting and styling her hair. We will be back. It's hard to find great customer service and people that know what they are doing but these ladies nailed it. I recommend this awesome salon.

I gave Hong example photos of how I wanted my hair and it turned out better than I thought! Many times I went to salons and came out with a "hey it's okay" mood but today I came out the salon feeling super happy with my results! I asked for long layers with curtain fringy bangs and Hong delivered! She was also super sweet and I think I found a hair salon I will continue to go to
