Everyone here is amazing! Casey eased my mind and helped me navigate this process. She provided me with the information I needed as well as being kind and sensitive. I really appreciate Elizabeth following up with support texts and offering grief support during the holiday holidays. If I had to go through this again, I definitely will choose Diablo Valley.
My experience with Diablo Valley cremation and Funeral Service was excellent. The staff was not only very helpful and sensitive but offered very good suggestions to assist in making the appropriate preparations.
The team was very helpful in a time of emotional crisis. They were patient, walked through all the steps , clarified any last-minute questions I had, very quick response time, excellent communication and follow up. I would send my family members to them again with no reservation.
