If you need gutter cleaning Bay Energy Solutions was excellent, Adkins was able to get me in before the next big storm and was quick and reliable, he’s very down to earth and honest, and I would definitely hire him again
Mike and his team, specifically Chevy and Victor who came out and fixes my unit were amazing!! I legit contacted 30 companies to fix my Daikin Industries unit mini split. Either no one would help me because I'm commercial, was out of area, didn't answer the phone, or they didn't service these units. But came along Mike on a Facebook post to the rescue and I cannot thank them enough! They identified the problem as a broken condensation pump in less than 1 hour, and came back in less than a week to fix it with the new part. From the start I could tell that Adkins was a professional. He was on time, personable, and listened carefully to what I needed. Then, when he understood what my requirements were, he made his recommendations. There wasn’t any pressure, and he didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me on additional services or products that I didn’t want or need. In my experience, professionals like Adkins usually come at a premium, so I was pleasantly surprised when his bids were some of the most competitive.
