Came in as a walk-in. Luis was the first to greet me right as I walked in. He was very welcoming, easy going and helpful with the few questions I had regarding pricing. He was very informative in pricing and attentive even when the store became busy. He even gave a few options in glasses that I would be interested in and I did end up leaving with one of the options he recommended. I have been to America's best in the past years but never had customer service as good as Luis.
I really appreciate the help and patience. Will be my go to guy when ever I go back.
I got greeted immediately as I was walking into the door, warm smiles from everyone. Cecilia was very helpful and Dr Nathan was great and had a very comfortable consultation. I came for contact lens exam so didn’t get any glasses but they have a good selection I might get a pair later in the year! And lastly but not least Sabrina was awesome and very friendly I definitely can
Say this has been my favorite experience at any optometrist to this day. Loved it!
Went for routine eye exam and contact lens updated prescription. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant even when it took a while to find my insurance (not their fault!) And my contacts came in sooner than expected. Friendly, professional, GO!
