Came into your facility & had the pleasure of meeting Alex in the Sales dept. He was very noticeably & gave me great expectations of what one could expect as a member at LA Fitness; and I never felt pressured.

This place was amazing! I came from Nova Scotia, Canada for a visit and Alex took care of me with a free weekend pass! He was awesome to work with and he continued to check up on me to make sure I was satisfied with the gym! They had everything I needed and more, there’s a pool and a basketball court inside the gym!!! If you go to Pico Rivera, call Alex and go to LA Fitness, he’ll take care of you! I’ll definitely come back to this gym for sure!!

Been coming to this location since 2019 and here's my rundown of why I chose this rating and why now: 3/5 Based on experience with reception as they seem to be clueless when inquiring general questions. They are also unwelcoming and a bit impolite but hey, I'm here to work out not make friends with them lol so whatever. -5/5 For the overall cleanliness of this gym. The janitors here are usually on the floor and are quick to pick up any messes left behind from patrons. They're also very kind so please acknowledge their efforts:) I've been to several LA Fitness locations around the area (Montebello, Alhambra, Downey) and those locations are unmatched... read full review
