Septic Control did a very nice job from start to finish. If you live in Phelan, Pinon Hills, or Wrightwood definitely give these guys a call. They are a small family business and they are very nice folks. I had my septic system pumped and it took them less than an hour. They were on time, polite, kind, and efficient. Also, they speak Spanish which may be helpful for a lot of people. These folks were clean too. They didn’t make a mess and they were fun to chat with while they were pumping everything out. They rinsed the tank clean, literally! Very nice job! I really appreciate a local small business that does a great job!!!! Thanks and I’ll be using you next time!

I needed my septic tank pumped. I called Septic Control on a Friday and they were on the other line so they didn't answer. However, I left a message and a nice young lady returned my call within 5 minutes. I indicated I needed my septic pumped. She asked me a few questions to make sure I was ready for them to come out. I told her I wasn't in a hurry so next week would be fine. She said "How about next Tuesday between 10AM and noon. I said perfect! They showed up on time, called me when they arrived at my gate, and I waved them around the side of the property they needed to be. I had already dug up the lids. My Husband And I Been Going To Them For A While Now And They Have Always Kept In Contact If They Were Gonna Be Running Behind Etc. Not Just That They Only Service Rvs Etc On Friday’s With That Being I Called Them And I Needed To Find Out If They Can Come Out ASAP Not To Mention They Were Already Closed N Still Answered My Call N Was Able To Book Them To Come Out First Thing The Next Morning I Absolutely Am Satisfied With Them And The Drivers That Come Out Always The Sameness Ones Very Respectful Thank You Septic Control For The Business You Guys Provide
