I've been coming here for 3 years now and always have the best service! Super accommodating, very clean and everyone is friendly and skilled. phela nails is the best for dip manicures!

Just got back from getting my nails done here, the price is a bit steep but well worth it. I don't like noise very much, but the spa style is very chill and quiet, with gentle relaxing music playing.
