I've been doing Pilates with Cyndee and her amazing teachers for 10 years.... which can be said of most of her long time clients! The classes are consistently great offering variety in style and format. And there is a great energy in the space.

I've been attending early morning classes for about 8 months now. My chronic low back pain is gone, my core is so much stronger, and I love the group dynamic. Never a dull session, and never an exact duplicate of another class- which I love! I always feel safe under the constant eye of owner/instructor Cyndee and fellow instructor Jen, yet I am constantly challenged. Love this studio and I continue to refer friends and colleagues. Excellent, efficient workout that is a blast.
