Went in this past Saturday looking to switch products and start new skin care, I am not very savvy with all that but I was helped by Jasmin and she was super sweet, knowledgable and made me feel heard. I didn't feel like she was pushing expensive products on me at all, she didn't rush me, she knew her products and gave me different price range options. I am so happy with what I bought and so thankful I got good guidance from her.

I received a haircut from Daniella. I am super happy with it. It was my first time getting a haircut here. I am always nervous when trying a new stylist because curly hair can be so difficult to cut. She did an amazing job! Everyone I interacted with in the store was helpful and friendly.

Morgan at the Petaluma ULTA was excellent. She greeted me immediately, gave me a nice overview tour of ULTA since it was my first time there, helped me find and choose the right hair equipment, and was friendly and charming throughout.
