Renee did such an amazing job with my hair!! I have paid 3x this at other salons and not been nearly as satisfied. She was kind, quick, efficient, and lovely to chat with! Would HIGHLY recommend her over any of the overpriced salons in Petaluma!!

Had many weird and unprofessional experience here. My friend and I came to shop here and we literally saw a group of employees talking shi about their coworker. It was insane but we continued to shop. There’s this one particular employee who makes faces and give bad customer service everytime I see her there. Another bad experience I had was when I asked for help with a shade match and other products. They had me jumping around with employees not knowing who was gonna help me since they had this event and were very busy. I get it but then this employee asked me “You wanted this brand right” and was about to test them on me. I said no that’s not what I was looking... read full review
