Have been closed the last two times I’ve come by. I work in Petaluma and live in San Francisco and plan my trips accordingly based on hours listed online . Really frustrating when planning to stop by after work. Has always been around 4-6 pm. First time the AC was broken, second time was told they’re closing early today. Typically have great service and stock when I have been able to shop here but not beneficial if they’re not open and hours don’t reflect that online.
The first and last time I come to this location. The girls at the register were rude, nobody smiled, and their tone sounded arrogant and annoyed. It was giving “mean girl” energy. When the lady at the register was processing my return, she tossed the face primer onto the counter, as if I was being an inconvenience for returning an item.
Ulta in Petaluma is is smaller than Ulta in Santa Rosa but the selection is very comparable and the atmosphere is much calmer. However, there were no associates on the floor and I was not offered help. The associates at the front counter were friendly though and asked if i had found what I needed.
