Roman’s Plumbing is the most organized, client centered companies I have come across. From the moment you call “for help” to the completed job, both Roman and the Eleni will keep you, the client, in the loop about their whole process. It is very apparent that Roman’s Plumbing’s goal is to make sure their clients know and understand their costs, the date and time of your appointment and at the job’s completion what exactly Roman did.

I was having 50 people to my home and broke the seal on my toilet standing on it to hang something. Not only did the office manager Eleni answer my call, she responded immediately with an appointment past their business hours to accommodate me. Roman came in fully prepared, repaired quickly and had the bolt I also broke and didn't know, cleaned everything up leaving not a foot print. The whole experience was over the top with customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Highly Recommend!! I has suspicion of a leak in my house after hearing a continuous dripping sound resulting in me reaching out to have it assessed. Roman was able to come and check it out within just 2 days!! What I thought I was hearing turned out not to be a pipe leak and Roman was able to educated and inform me on how the pipe is making said noise. He checked multiple areas even under the house to triple check it was not a leak. After, he wrote up a very nice formal report to give to me to go over what he had done! Overall such a great experience, couldn't recommend enough!
