Good service with friendly staff but prices have gone up a lot since after Covid!! Also, I wish they would not talk so much when doing manicure and pedicure. It completely kills the peace and quiet one seeks during these relaxation periods.

Came in for removal of dip powder I'd gotten for the holidays. They're very nice/personable for that 3 stars. But I'm not at all happy with the quality. Pretty expensive when I tip generously, ~$45 or so- I normally do my own nails at home and this is why. I dont like to pay for other people to do not as good of a job as I do at home. Issues: Slow. It took over an hour. They cut the cuticles and I had to ask them to stop/not do that- i don't know why SO many salons do that- now my previously intact cuticles are a mess and splitting.
