Read the positive reviews and came in for the first time with broken and thick nails done at another salon. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Kieu took the time needed to restore my nails to a more natural yet elegant look. I immediately booked an appointment for a pedicure later this week.
My gel pedicure always looks great. Thus the 4 stars. And… I would say that today my technician hurt me a few times and when I said Ow that hurts she must not have understood.
My only real feedback is when I went to pay I noticed they charged 3% for credit cards so I used a debit card and they charged me 3%. I told them they can’t charge 3% on debit cards as they list “credit cards” and that they should be careful around payment stuff as they can get penalized. They didn’t really take my advice.
I’ll return, mostly to the Petaluma Blvd location, and will try to have enough cash.
