Got tixel treatment with Dr.Lana 2 weeks ago, I'm beyond thrilled with the results. I can already see the improvement on my skin: I see smoother texture and some tightening. And the best part was the minimal downtime and zero pain. Dr.Lana was amazing, don't know how she did it, but I felt no pain, I was impressed. I can't wait to see the full results in 4-6 weeks, will update soon.

My beloved doc--Delia Pratt--always said that Dr. Nguyen was the smartest, brightest, and quickest-to-learn doc she ever supervised. I feel so blessed to have had her as my kids' family practice doc and then, years later, to be able to lean on her expertise in this world of aesthetics. She is honest, forth-coming, and extremely capable when guiding a patient to explore the world of cosmetic medicine. For my consult this summer, instead of trying to sell procedures, she guided me to a sun screen!!! And she is a trusted person when a patient might need a referral for something more challenging, like eye-lid surgery. She is simply the best....

Dr. Lana is AMAZING!!!! She does my lip filler, and is a miracle worker. She takes her time, listens to what you want... and what I love is that she actually remembers things about your life that you told her at a previous appt. It's like chatting with a long time friend. I went to see Dr. Lana Nguyen two weeks before my son's wedding to "freshen up" my skin. I had fillers and threading done and left looking 10 years younger. Dr. Nguyen is very easy to communicate with and such an artist. Trust your skin to Dr. Nguyen! She is a very competent and compassionate physician. I will be back!

Lana Nguyen and I have known one another professionally for years so this is a difficult review to write. I saw her in Dec. 2019 for a laser treatment and it had absolutely no effect. I reached out to her and she graciously offered to redo it. Booking a treatment that requires a week or more of downtime is difficult given that I am in front a camera frequently. Nevertheless, I found a week that I could lay low and booked a second treatment. The day before the treatment, Dr. Nguyen contacted me to cancel because her laser machine was in the shop. That required me to find yet another day that would work and by that time, COVID hit (March 2020) and everything got shut down. In December, 2020, I reached out again and booked the repeat laser treatment. Once again, the day before my appointment she contacted me to cancel the appointment, saying "I'm not going to be in the office". When I protested the cancellation due to my busy calendar she offered me a refund. I have this in writing. When I responded saying yes, that seemed the best solution, given we couldn't work it out, I heard nothing from her after that. I reached out again to Dr. Nguygen twice more and she has now completely ghosted me and will not respond. How can a business professional operate so dishonorably? All I have to say is, be careful - this is someone who doesn't keep her word.
