My doctor was very thorough I’m happy with her expertise. Jeffrey was great at helping me pick out a new pair of glasses and he went beyond and was able to fix a pair of glasses I can use as a spare if anything happens with my new pair I just purchased and anxiously await their arrival. Carol at the counter was very accommodating too. l’m pleased with Kaisers Optical Department.
My girlfriend took my 12 year old in to get fitted for contacts. She was very impressed with the level of patience. Enough so that she said to look for this survey that I never fill out and actually fill it out.
Jessica was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She explained everything and each step clearly as well as an invested approach to my care. All the PSRs were friendly and helpful as well.
