Carlos Soto now owns Norm's Barbershop. Carlos gives excellent hair cuts in his one seat shop. The shop is open afternoons. Sometimes you have to give Carlos a call if no one is around. He is usually closed on weekends and Mondays but he will give you a Saturday trim by appointment. He specializes in short haircuts for men. Besides excellent, consistent haircuts I enjoy the quiet ambiance and pleasant conversation.

Drove into town from SoCal needing a haircut for my son and I. Looked up yelp and felt good about visiting Norm's. Carlos was available to cut our hair and did a great job. The conversation was also great. You can expect to pay $20 for a classic cut. Cash only. Thanks, Carlos!

I have been looking for a good barber in Petaluma for a while now. Glad I decided to try out this place. Carlos was awesome. He took his time to make my hair look great while also being a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely continue to go back.
