Dave and his assistant were very prompt and knowledgeable. Dave talked me through what the issue was and told me what the solution was. He even loaned me a piece of equipment to get me up in running until I could order my own replacement. I found his service fees very reasonable and would use this service again. Thanks guys!

Joshua is the worst IT I have had to deal with ever! He is unprofessional and simply disrespectful. When my job tickets are submitted he ignores them. I have to wait for a different on-site IT for it to be completed.

I had a critical program I use for my business fail at the worst possible time while I was out of the country. I called Sonoma IT Solutions and David was able to visit my office same day to assess the problem. The problem was a bit involved and required David to stay after hours that day and come back first thing the next morning to finish, which he did. Not only did he fix my problem, but he updated components of my system and recommended some new programs for me to use that are less buggy than the ones I have been using. I would recommend David and Sonoma IT solutions in a heartbeat.
