My 78 year old mom was having laptop issues and I couldn't help her from 200 miles away. Found, and suggested, Alistair with a Google search. He responded to my mom's location extremely promptly and resolved her issue in minutes. He even took the time to let my mom put me on the phone with him to discuss what he did to resolve the issue and the steps needed to take if it happened in the future. Thanks again Alistair for your quality service. It's not easy to find these days! You are very appreciated in our world.
I was a dummy and clicked on a cleverly disguised email that was phishing (it came in the form of an evite from a friend whose account had been hacked), then I realized what I had done and shut down my computer, then wondered how to get myself out of this mess. I found Alasdair online and called - he returned my call quickly and walked me through the process to make sure my computer hadn't been infected. He was upbeat, lightning fast, and awesome.
