My first time here was great; this last time not so much so I put the rating in between. You have to get through the language barrier but my first time was amazing and I didn't worry about it. This last time I went in and arrived about 10 minutes early; the woman was rude, looked at me then the clock and said 5:00pm massage. Which was the appointment. She then went got tea and sat down reading her phone. I sat down but then asked if I could have water as well, which turned into a weird conversation. Omg... I love Thai place! I found it when I was living in Sonoma, and there is quite a lack of affordable massage in town. I am happy to spend money on a massage, but sometimes I just don't have any. Foot reflexology is my backup plan, and I can't explain how much better Massage Good Balance is! I was almost hesitant to post a review because I want to still be able to get in last minute, but to be honest, they deserve the praise! Unlike a lot of reflexology places I have been to, the women here actually understand anatomy and know how to give a solid massage! On more than one occasion, they have fixed my feet and my back.
