Kaiser Permanente Radiology offers a convenient and organized location, with friendly and helpful staff. Despite being understaffed due to doctor and staff shortages, the doctors and nurses are highly skilled and dedicated to providing quality care. The Optometrist department is particularly impressive, with kind and caring staff. However, the pharmacy department has some issues, including long wait times, disorganization, and poor communication. Patients may experience frustration and discomfort due to the open layout and lack of discretion regarding private information.
Medical insurance in this country is a joke. Kaiser is nothing more than a common thief. Explain to me how I pay thousands a month for coverage and still get charged hundreds to get care. Kaiser, you are the worst and I wish nothing but tragedy for every board and their family who profits billions off of our suffering. You should all be ashamed.
Security guards here are a joke. I'm not sure if it is because they probably get minimum wage to sit around all day to act like rent a cops. They are on a power trip because they just couldn't make it in the police academy it appears
Had an appointment with an allergist here. Have had life long allergies, with documentation from other doctors that is visible in Epic. This gem of a doctor decided that my life long allergies, backed up by multiple doctors over a decade, was "not as bad as I was making it seem". Meanwhile I'm on month 4 of coughing from allergies. Thanks Kaiser!
