Lani…Kelly..Patricia, the whole staff. Every time I walk in here. I feel dumpy. I sit in the chair. Spill my gossip and walk out feeling a million times better. Lani, Patricia and Kelly were there for me at my wedding and when I tell you that they both were there the WHOLE time. Hair. Makeup for my whole bridal party. Lani helped me slip on my dress. Watched me cry. Fixed make up. And made sure there was no hiccups or drama. Way above and beyond. They are amazing here. And when you walk in, you feel like family ♥️

I am new to the area and saw reviews about Kelly. I decided to book with her as I reviewed her previous work and it looked great. She is professional and a great conversationalist. Kelly is fantastic! she took so much care and energy with my extensions, and made my dull hair look fabulous! She is incredibly gentle and never rushes with her work. I can't wait for future appointment!

I asked for highlights and lowlights. Kelly agreed to do it after seeing photos of my hair and after seeing it in person. I showed her a photo and she said she could give me a grombre, which is a grey to brown ombre' Instead she framed just my face with what she later called microhighlights in a color she wouldn't reveal and charged me over $300! I have never had highlights before and didn't know I should ask for the price first. Silly me thought everyone pays the same for the same service! Apparently, that's not true! My friends who have had highlights for years at more expensive salons in the city told me I was overcharged. Hoping it was an error, I asked Kelly about the fee she charged for less than a whole head of highlights. This is her response: "Your friends are in charge of my pricing. I run my own business and again you were running late to your appointment. I didn't charge you for a whole head. I charge you for a face framing. It's supposed to be gray blending. We didn't have enough time to do your whole appointment please keep my pricing private. It's between you and meand not others." Why ask me to keep "pricing private?" I was not surprised when she texted she was not the the colorist for me. The question is whether someone who wants to keep prices private so you don't know what you will pay until it's too late is the colorist for you? I agree with Kelly. She isn't for me! If she didn't want to stay to complete the process I requested, then she should have asked me to come back to finish it and should have told me the price before she started, especially if it was higher than what is usually charged. I hope this helps others.
