The staff here is always welcoming, warm, hospitable, and efficient! I live closer to Supercuts so I went there, but I arrived five minutes late for my appointment, and was yelled at by some employee after I repeatedly tried to apologize for being late. Drove to great clips and I didn’t even wait. Five minutes and I was welcomed right away and met with friendly staff at great clips versus the miserable crows at Supercuts. Even though it’s further drive to great clips, I will continue to patronize them based on their talented, friendly, engaging staff. !
