We moved to Sonoma county in the spring and the house had wood floor that was a bit orangish for us. We wanted to refinish that and also install some new flooring in other areas. We contacted a few installers in the area. We ended up going with Mark because he was very down to earth and would be the one on-site and in charge of the work.
We had many unexpected difficulties from pulling the engineered floor, thickness of the floor, slopes, gaps, dealing with built-in refrigerator, and door frames. Mark had to change his plan multiple times because of the strange ways things were done previously. He meticulously thought of ways to make everything aesthetic.... read full review
