F45 has been AMAZING! Not only are the coaches highly qualified, they are encouraging and super nice! I have had a great experience getting back to working out and boy do the workouts kick butt! Thanks F45!

I had recently put on a few pounds from poor diet and lack of exercise. I have a home gym, but since I haven’t worked out in so long, I couldn’t find the motivation to get myself started. An acquaintance of mine is a coach at one of the locations, and the social media story posts grabbed my attention. I decided to try out F45 for a couple weeks, and immediately knew it was for me. It’s a bit pricey, but totally worth it. I noticed a big change in only 4 weeks…now, 2 months in, I’m looking and feeling great! My least favorite part of going to the gym is planning a workout and counting reps. I love that the workouts are planned for me and most are based off time increments not rep count. Each workout has so much variety which is helpful in keeping motivation high. The trainers and clients are friendly and supportive.
