We had called for service on 10/7 around 1:30pm to address a clogged drain. Spoke with Jason and he said they'd be able to come later that day. Within around 1 to 1 1/2 hours Jared arrived. He worked super hard but was unable to clear it. Not from lack of trying. We rescheduled for another visit and both Jared and Jason performed the repair beyond our satisfaction. Grade A+ service and totally professional. The price suited the repair to our satisfaction. I recommend them for your plumbing needs. Super satisfied customer's! Bryan and Sandy

The star is because the men were very polite. We had used Dolcini twice years ago. Once was to snake our toilet at our previous home and we were extremly happy and that is why I called again. I had them out a while ago for a noise in the pipes which I thought was related to the toilet clogging that week. The noise was insignificant and when I asked if they would snake the toilet they told me they would have to remove the toilet and take it out of the room. I assume since I have never known of a toilet having to be removed to snake they actually didn't want to work. I still wrote the approximately $200.00 check for dropping by, felt ripped-off and they left.

This afternoon one of your drivers came up on my bumper, laid in on his horn and refused to pass me even when I got out of his lane. Probably afraid I would take a photo of his license plate, but the sign on his driver side door gave him away as working for Dolcini Plumbing. It’s Petaluma, man, chill out! Lord knows how he treats your customers…
