I have been using Crown & Shield for 25 years, when an ant invasion took over my house! I tried all the usual home remedies to no avail. They came...and problem solved.
They come four times a year, and are always courteous, helpful, and thorough. The products they use are as safe as possible for our pets (and people!). I highly recommend them.

Before choosing Crown and Shield I used two other companies, both out of Santa Rosa. One promised return visits and then never showed, multiple times. The other one, a very big company (W.E.), said they'd use multiple products, but didn't. And when the product they did use didn't work, they said it was because my gophers were just stubborn. Really? But from the begining, when I called Crown and Shield, I knew it was a great company. The people on the phones answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I just want to compliment the young man. That's working at 1825 Lincoln Avenue I believe that he's one of the best you have.. The young man is smart, polite and well informed about the chemicals he uses. And your company's policies. I asked him questions. Some of them loaded, but he stayed calm. Answer them politely and continue to smile. Never once did he drop his calm character. He answered The questions to my satisfaction. I feel more informed and educated than I was befor I spoke with him. By the way, his name is Felix.
