There's only one girl that works there who knows how to cut hair and she's either never there or doesn't have appointments. The girl with red hair is super rude and refuses to cut girls hair for some reason but she's the only person in the salon most of the time. Their haircuts and mid and everyone is so rude. There's always a super toxic environment like they're always judging you. I hate it there, never coming back.

Very unprofessional. Lady didn't show up to my appointment. Was very mad. And the people who work there don't even acknowledge you at all. Will never go back there. The younger lady doesn't even look at you. Worst customer Service ever.

I went here for a haircut yesterday 10/31/2022 and was absolutely unsatisfied with the service at Angelica's. The lady that helped me asked me what kinda haircut I wanted, aside from telling her what I wanted, I showed her a picture as well. She told me she got it and after only 10 min she said she was done. I thought she was barely starting seeing how she had only done the bottom of my fade and nothing on the middle which needed cutting. She told me that she was following the shape of my hair which made no sense since I wanted a different style from the picture and what I told her and had agreed to.
