I absolutely love bodyrok! I have lower back issues and never felt like that has been a challenge with the instructors helpful guidance. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

I’ve been going here for years and I love it! The instructors are so friendly and the classes are difficult but fun. This is the only workout that motivates me to go and I’ll happily continue to do it at least 3 times a week ☺️

I have been going to this studio since 2017 when it opened! I love all the instructors…8 years later BR is still my favorite work out and it is still HARD!! So grateful for Erika for taking over the Petaluma studio!
